Welcome to the EMITECH motor Workshop! These Terms and Conditions explain your use of our website and its related services, applications, and tools. By accessing and using the Emitech motor workshop, you consent your understanding of these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions periodically for various reasons, such as compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Minor changes may occur at any time, so we recommend reviewing these terms regularly. The latest version of the Terms will always be accessible on our website. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance. If you find any changes unacceptable, please discontinue using our website and close your account. Continued use of the website after the effective date of any changes implies your acceptance of those modifications.

Please note that Emitech motors workshop operates within the United Arab Emirates and does not conduct business with individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users or transact on our website. Cardholders are responsible for maintaining transaction records and adhering to merchant policies and rules.

As a user, you are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account information.

Online vehicle servicing packages offered by us are structured around service and labour charges exclusively, without including any parts cost. The cost of parts will be additional and will be mutually agreed upon and paid in full by the customer upon completion of the service, but before the vehicle’s delivery.


When it comes to parts, you have two options when booking our service.

1-  Bring your own parts. If you choose this, just leave them in your vehicle on the day of service. Keep in mind, though, that we can’t provide any warranty for these parts, but only for the labour we do on your car.

2-  Buy parts from the Emitech motors workshop. We offer both Genuine and aftermarket parts based on your budget. We suggest using Genuine parts as recommended by manufacturers. Our parts come with a warranty against defects and are priced competitively for quality.

If you need special order parts, you’ll need to pay in advance. These parts will be ordered from suppliers, and the order won’t be refundable. Sometimes, the delivery of these parts may be delayed due to logistics. We’ll notify you as soon as they arrive.


  • Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects, not regular wear and tear.
  • You’ll receive a warranty certificate after services are completed and payments are made. The start and end dates will be mentioned in the certificate.
  • Electrical component failures aren’t covered.
  • Alterations to the parts by anyone other than Emitech motors workshop will void the warranty.
  • We’re not responsible for any damages if your vehicle is stuck in our workshop for over 30 days.
  • For warranty claims, affected parts will be reviewed by our technical team. Delivery timelines depend on parts availability and repairs.
  • We only provide collection and delivery of the vehicle under warranty claims; no courtesy or rental cars are offered.
  • There will be charges for diagnosing and recovering returning or complaint vehicles initially, regardless of warranty. However, if the concerns are related to previous jobs, these charges will be waived.
  • Used or customer-sourced parts are not covered by the warranty.

Law and Jurisdiction

  • All service contracts with us follow UAE law. Any disputes will be handled by UAE courts, unless the car inspection happens in another country. In that case, the law and courts of that country apply.

Refund or cancellation

  • You can get a refund or cancel your service up to seven days before the scheduled date.
  • If you cancel within seven days of the service date, you won’t get a refund.
  • To cancel and request a refund, email accounts; with “REFUND AND CANCELLATION” in the subject line, along with your name and vehicle registration number.
  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days, depending on your credit card issuer.
  • Promotional offers are not eligible for refunds.

Terms And Conditions of Vehicle Recovery

  • All the personal belongings shall be removed by the customer before handing the car to Emitech Motors Workshop. We take no responsibility to the loss or damage of any belongings.
  • Upon arrival of the car, after thorough inspection by the team a detailed report on condition and damage will be prepared by Emitech Motors Workshop. It will be shared with the customers within the given time.
  • Emitech Motors workshop will not process the repair without customer’s consent.
  • Customers can carefully assess the condition of the car at the time of collection. Emitech Motors Workshop will not be responsible for any damage later. 

Terms And Conditions of Vehicle Repair

  • The customers grant permission to Emitech Motors Workshop to perform the repair including the replacement of damaged parts.
  • The customers shall allow Emitech Motors Workshop to take a test drive of the vehicle to determine the functionality of the motor.
  • Customers shall return the car within 24 hours of receipt if the damage is not repaired. After 24 hours Emitech Motors Workshop will not entertain any request.
  • Customers will be charged if he fail to collect the vehicle form Emitech Motors Workshop within 5 days of notification.
